Thinspiration blogs now move to Pinterest
Ok so Pinterest is great. We all enjoy it. But now pro-anorexia and bulimia pins have made Pinterest a haven for women and girls who offer Thinspiration for others who follows the word of the thinwise.
Recently, Tumblr put a stop to self harm blogs which encourage women to starve themselves to look skinnier. I hope Pinterest will soon do the same.

Straight but not narrow
Okay, so we find narrow-minded people everywhere. It's a shame, but I must say that I love this next idea. A group who calls themselves Straight But Not Narrow (WeAreSBNN) is a campaign working to positively impact the way teens view and treat their LGBT peers.
Would love to start something like this in South Africa.
The point is, just try to be as accepting of others as possible and teach them to be the same.

A desperate attempt?
Is Jessica Simpson posing 'naked' for ELLE a desperate attempt to get back on the A list? She's no Demi Moore (Vanity Fair) that's for sure. I find it quite of putting that celebs find the need to pose naked while pregnant. Why now suddenly? Aren't they kind of using their unborn child in a way to get ahead?

Kris Humphries' sister signed as plus-size model
Kris Humphries' sister, Kaela, was recently signed to Ford models as a plus-size model. She wears between a size 16-18, which means she follows the original plus-size model measurements. Lately, so-called plus-size models have shrunk to a meek size 8-10, which is completely ridiculous. I think she'll go far.
